Description

The Board of Water Commissioners oversees the Townsend Water Department in the management and operation of the Townsend Water District.

The Board of Water Commissioners' powers and duties are defined by special agreement voted on September 16, 1933, pursuant to Chapter 381 of the Acts of 1920.
